Our Respect Life Outreach Ministry
Catholic Social Services is a ministry of the Archdiocese of Mobile providing emergency assistance, counseling, disability, legal immigration, to-be option for women, youth and senior services. 251-947-2293
Christian Service Center is a “Hand Up” rather than a “Hand Out” agency. Clients are given immediate help with their financial emergency whether it be housing, utilities, food or medical emergencies and then are shown a way to a more permanent solution by providing counseling and given access to other resources for assistance. 251-968-5256
The Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center provides unique and life-changing services for child victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse and their supportive, non-offending family members. (251) 989-2555
Mary's Shelter Gulf Coast provides family-style living for homeless adult pregnant women. It is is one of only a handful of maternity homes, and the only one located in the southeast, with virtually no restrictions placed upon the mother looking to choose life. 251-986-620
The Sea Glass Initiative mission is to end and prevent homelessness in Baldwin County. The organization provides a pathway for clients by providing supportive services including individualized case management, housing action plans, hot meals, community resource connections, job skills and career development. 251-332-3442
South Baldwin Literacy Council provides trained instruction in reading, writing, and life skills, centered around the learner’s individual goals and capabilities. A variety of Adult Education Classes, ESL Classes, Youth Educational Programs, and an in-person and online GED Program are offered. 251-943-7323 -

Alcohol Anonymous meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00 p.m. and Fridays at 12:00 p.m. in the OLG Education Building. 205-835-9273

Baldwin County Sheriff Boys Ranch is a loving group home environment for children at risk. The Ranch’s motto is, “It’s easier to build boys and girls than to repair men and women.” The Ranch is a home for these children, not a reform school or correctional institution. The boys are here through no fault of their own.

Family Promise of Baldwin County is a community response to the issue of homelessness, specifically homeless families with children. The Baldwin County School System counted 642 homeless school age children in school last year.251-947-5641

The Lighthouse is a full-service domestic violence program and rape crisis program serving victims in Baldwin County. 251-947-6008
